Compare complete written offers
We approach dealerships for suitable options and compare their written offers. Your proposal brings together vehicle specification, driveaway price, reported availability, inclusions and offer expiry. Model year, build date and compliance date are different details; factory-order dates may remain unconfirmed until the dealer has them.
Stock and factory orders
A dealer-reported vehicle in stock is different from an incoming vehicle or factory order. We seek confirmation of availability and expected timing and explain what is still outstanding. Delivery estimates can change, so a proposal is not a guarantee of an allocation or collection date.
Your choice, then coordinated next steps
Once you select an option, we confirm the next steps with the dealership. The dealer provides the vehicle contract and deposit instructions. You sign and pay the dealership directly. Collection location and requirements must be confirmed before purchase.
Buying a new car with a trade-in
If you have a current vehicle, we can coordinate dealer trade-in offers alongside the replacement car. Comparing the overall changeover amount helps you assess an offer beyond its headline discount. Trade-in support is optional.
How our fee works
The supplying dealership pays Changeover Auto $660 including GST after delivery. The fee is included in its quoted driveaway price. You do not pay a separate Changeover Auto service fee. Any separately approved external services, such as an independent inspection, may cost extra. We disclose the fee and relevant dealer relationships before sourcing begins.
Serving Sydney buyers
Tell us your postcode and where you are willing to collect a car. We confirm the scope we can coordinate and show the vehicle location in your proposal. Collection and transport arrangements depend on the supplying dealership and need confirmation.
