Pay after you receive your car.

There’s no upfront service fee. You pay only after receiving the car we helped arrange. If the purchase doesn’t go ahead, there’s no service fee.

Independent inspections and other third-party services are additional only when separately approved by you. The vehicle price and deposit are separate from our service fee.

Clear expectations from the start.

Can you source both new and used cars?

Yes. Choose New, Used or Both when you enquire. We source dealer-supplied vehicles against your agreed brief and flag specification, condition, warranty and availability details that need confirmation.

What does the service cost?

Our fixed service fee is $660 AUD total for one dealer-supplied vehicle purchase, including trade-in coordination if needed. There is no customer allocation limit. An enquiry does not reserve a place. Your recorded fee is honoured throughout your engagement. There is no upfront service fee; you pay only after receiving the car we helped arrange. Independent inspections and other separately approved third-party services cost extra. After the launch allocation is filled, we confirm new pricing before you engage.

Where would I collect the car?

Each offer shows the vehicle’s suburb, state and postcode, with approximate travel details where available. We confirm the dealership address, appointment and collection requirements before you commit to the purchase.

Does sourcing include a mechanical inspection?

No. Sourcing and comparing offers is separate from a mechanical inspection. We flag outstanding checks so you can consider an independent inspection before committing. Any inspection scope and cost must be separately agreed.

Do you buy my car or sell me the next one?

No. We gather and compare dealer offers. You buy directly from the dealership and, if applicable, trade in directly with them; neither car passes into our ownership.

Can you help if I don’t have a trade-in?

Yes. Whether it’s your first car, a second vehicle or you’ve already sold privately, we can source options, compare dealer offers and help coordinate your purchase. Your proposal shows the driveaway price and our agreed service fee, with no trade-in or payout figures.

Can you guarantee the best price or a same-day switch?

No. We seek suitable offers and compare their full costs and conditions. Stock, inspection outcomes and handover dates require confirmation. We explain collection timing and any outstanding checks before you commit.

Will dealerships pay you?

Changeover Auto is customer-paid, with no supplier commissions. Any relevant financial or business relationships must be accurately disclosed before brokerage services begin.

What if I change my mind?

No service fee is payable if the arranged purchase does not complete. Previously approved external costs may still apply. Cancelling our service does not cancel a separate vehicle contract.

Can you help with a car outside my local area?

Tell us your postcode and where you’re happy to collect a car. We’ll confirm which options we can coordinate, including dealer availability, vehicle location and collection arrangements, before you proceed.
