Your service fee is the amount in your accepted agreement. It is separate from the vehicle deposit and balance you pay directly to the dealership.
01 · Accept & saveAfter accepting your service agreement, you give permission and save your card on Stripe’s secure page. Saving your card does not collect your service fee. Your bank may show a temporary card-verification authorisation.
02 · Choose your carYour coordinator prepares your options. You review them in your workspace, then sign the vehicle contract and pay the dealership directly.
03 · Pay after qualifying deliveryAfter qualifying delivery is confirmed, Changeover Auto collects the agreed service fee under your accepted agreement and card permission. Your payment status and any available Stripe receipt appear in your workspace.
Where is my card stored?
Stripe stores your card details securely. Your workspace displays only the card type and last four digits. Changeover Auto cannot view your full card number or security code.
Your permission stays in your control.
In your workspace, select “Manage card & payment permission” to view the payment record or withdraw permission for future charges. Withdrawing card permission does not cancel a fee that is payable under your service agreement; contact your coordinator to arrange another payment method.
